JANA DENKER
You feel your life could be different.
But somehow you don't move.
You meant to say no.
But your stomach clenches and you say yes. Again.
There is something you want to start.
A project, a new job, a creative idea. But when you sit down to begin, your shoulders tighten. you close the laptop. "Maybe later - when I am ready."
You’re in a conversation that matters.
With your partner, your boss, a friend. You know exactly what you think. But your throat closes and you swallow what you wanted to say.
You circle around a decision.
Late at night you google, ask ChatGPT, text friends. Even though you already know the answer - but don't trust yourself.
Over time, your life feels smaller than you want it to be. And your body carries the tension of it. Jaw, stomach, exhaustion.
In my coaching we work with body, mind, and communication. I help women rebuild trust in themselves and move forward with clarity.

IS THIS
YOU?

WHY WE START WITH THE BODY?
From the outside your life may look steady, successful.
But inside it can feel as if something keeps holding the brakes.
Important conversations stay unfinished.
Decisions stretch out for months.
Ideas remain ideas.
Your life stays smaller than you want it to be.
And you feel less alive, less joyful, less like the woman you want to be.
There is a reason for this and you are not alone.
Often, what we want the most, touches old experiences.
And when something important is at stake, the nervous system can read change as risk — and the body pulls you back toward what feels familiar. Even if this is not what you want anymore.
This is the moment where our work begins - body, mind and communication.
MY APPROACH
We work with 3 powerful levers for change.
BODY → MIND → EXPRESSION

BODY
The gatekeeper
for lasting change
Many women learn to treat their body as something to manage — something to optimise, fix, or push through.
In my work, the body is something different. Your compass.
Your nervous system constantly reads situations. It shapes how you feel, think, communicate, relate and behave.
And therefore decides what feels possible for you. Faster than you can think.
Because of this, the body is the gatekeeper to change as it gives us access to your nervous system.
Sustainable, lasting changes starts here.

MIND
The stories
you live by
I am just not good at [...].
I am only loved when [...].
I am always the agreeable one.
I should, should, should [...]
What we believe about ourselves shapes what feels possible.
And determines what we actually allow ourselves to do.
Together we look at the stories and assumptions that shape your decisions — often without you noticing.
And find new ways and solutions out of the box - so you can live your life as the woman you want to be.

EXPRESSION
Your words
shape your life
The conversations you avoid.
The things you don’t ask for.
The truth you hold back.
The things you say - or don't say - shape how your life looks and feels like.
This is not only a communication issue.
Often it begins earlier — when the body braces and the nervous system signals risk.
In our work we change that foundation.
So you feel comfortable to speak more honestly.
Set clearer boundaries without the guilt trip afterwards.
Ask confidently for what you want.
And slowly, your life begins to reflect
that.
Safe body Calm mind True Voice
For many years, my life looked successful from the outside. I worked as a speechwriter in high-pressure environments, largely shaped by masculine cultures like finance and politics. I liked the work. I was good at it.
And still, something inside felt off.
I felt muted. Disconnected.
Eventually, that distance became impossible to ignore. Coming back to myself didn’t happen through insight alone.
It happened through reconnecting with my body. Through yoga, dancing and learning how the nervous system works.
Through understanding hormones and what it means to live in a body that is cyclical by nature.
Through noticing how I had learned to override my body, and inner signals in order to function in linear, performance-driven environments.
As I began to listen again something shifted.
I started to work with my body instead of against it.
Becoming and being a mother deepened my understanding of what it takes to stay connected to yourself when life is full.
As my relationship with myself changed, my work, relationships, and choices began to shift as well.

About me
I am a certified coach with training in nervous system regulation, mindset, feminine health, hormones, and nutrition, and a certified yoga teacher.
My coaching education is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.
Alongside this, I bring 20 years of experience working with language under pressure — understanding how people think, speak, and make decisions when the stakes are high.
Communication, in my work, is not a performance skill. It’s a reflection of how safely you can be yourself in your body and your relationship.
This combination shapes how I work with women today.
