For many years, my life looked steady and successful from the outside. I wrote speeches for leaders, carried responsibility, and kept going — even when something inside felt off. I liked my work and the life I had built, but a deeper part of me felt muted. I had drifted away from my body, my emotions, and my feminine nature.
Eventually, the quiet ache of disconnection became impossible to ignore.
I felt half-alive, exhausted, and unsure what I truly needed.
This began a ten-year journey of coming back to myself — through embodiment, dance, yoga, and somatic work. From numbness to aliveness. From overriding to listening. From performing to inhabiting my life. As I changed from within, my relationships, work, and choices transformed too.

About me
I became a certified trauma-sensitive embodiment coach and yoga & meditation teacher because I wanted to understand this process deeply. Today I support women who have spent years being capable and responsible — and who feel the pull to return to themselves.
My work blends embodiment, nervous system awareness, mindset support, and two decades of experience helping people find words that feel true.
I believe change becomes possible when you feel connected to yourself.
